NoteSnap does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All notes are saved locally in
your browser using chrome.storage.local.
When you choose to sync, notes are sent directly from your browser to your own Obsidian vault running at
127.0.0.1 (your own computer). No data passes through any third-party server.
Microphone access is used solely for on-device speech recognition via the browser's built-in Web Speech API. Audio is never recorded, stored, or uploaded anywhere.
NoteSnap contains no analytics, tracking scripts, or telemetry of any kind.
